Delivery and General Information
All prints are made to order, in-house to the highest archival standards with both inks and paper as well as handling practices. Prints are put through quality control and allowed thorough drying time before shipping.
In general we aim to provide prints within 7 days of you placing an order.
However. We can quite often respond quicker than this if required.
Equally there are times as a busy, active photography practice that we are on location and things may take a little longer.
If you are ordering as a gift for a particular occasion or are otherwise working to a deadline we recommend that you contact us with your requirements at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with a more precise delivery schedule.
We use the best packaging materials to try to ensure that prints arrive with you in the best possible condition.
It is very important to handle them with extreme care as prints can be easily damaged. Whilst we appreciate that you want to examine them straight away we recommend taking them directly to your chosen framer, especially large prints. If you do which to examine them first we recommend using cotton lint free gloves or at the very leat ensure your hand are clean from grease and handle carefully from the edges only.
We recommend using framers experienced with archival methods, if you would like to discuss framing with us please do not hesitate to get in contact.
We also have a fantastic returns policy if you are anything less than delighted.
